The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the state of New York for any legal action arising out of these Terms.
Mealflavorspot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
